What's your favorite type?

Yes, this thread was coming as well. What's your favorite type out of all 17, and ofcourse, why is it your favorite? Another simple, but amusing thread.

For me, it'd have to be dragon. They're the definition of power and strength, yet they're elusive and rare. Dragons also tend to be very proud pokemon, considering how strong they are. ..Look at Ash's Charizard from the original first season, he was cocky. He may not be a dragon type, but he was a dragon. Any, my point is Dragon's are just epic. They're powerful, rare, and typically very cool. How could you not like dragons?

I love the Psychics. They are fast and (mentally) strong. Fear them.

I covet the type known as Rock. Mainly multitype Rocks. All Fear my amazing Aerodactyl!

But either way grass is my favorite type

I had a feeling your favorite was Grass, since you were asking me for a few grass types before.

I personally am indifferent to grass types; although they're a lot better than water types... bleh.

I love the Fire types. My first favorite Pokemon, and still my favorite to this day, is Charizard. Second is Aerodactyl.

i just have Venusar cause i'd never be retarded enough to take little Bulbasaur into a real fight. he'd get creamed, plus he can't learn Earthquake which he must have so i evolve him.

Heh, my favorite pokes aren't dragon type unless it's 3rd favorite and lower. My favorite, Lucario, isn't remotely close to one of my favorite types; Steels are cool and so are Fighting types, but they aren't awesome.

Electric types used to be my favorite, though. It shows, since Raichu was my first favorite before Lucario; and is now my second. Electric type is my second favorite. Latios is a Dragon, though; comfortably at 3rd place on my favorite's list.


... An all grass team is fail. >.>; Grass types can have a plethora of weaknesses, so a team like that could get battered to hell and back by Super Effective hits.

Mewtwo and Alakzam were best special sweepers of the first generation, you know. Irony... it shows how overpowered psychics were, back in the day. RBY was a completely unbalanced game.

Completely. The only thing Super effective against them were Bugs or Ghosts, and the Ghosts didnt stand a chance due to cross typing with Poison. And the Bugs couldnt do anything... Wasnt like, the only Bug type move Twinneedle?

Actually, ghost moves had no effect on Psychics in the first generation. Odd, no? Ghosts were rather lackluster in the first generation; Gengar was still an unpredictable beast, though.

And yes, I believe Twinneedle was the only bug move. Beedrill vs. Alakazam. Who wins?

Alakazam + Psychic + Speed priority = Epic kill.

Between zam & a Beedrill? Pfft, zam.
