Favorite spinoff?

I was addicted to Pokemon Pinball for the Gameboy Color. What are your favorite spinoffs?

I loved the Pokemon Mytery Dungeon games. I don't know why review sites, like Gamespot, hate them so much. They're fun, addicting, and (the second one, at least) have good plot.

i love mystery dungeon even though it's theme song is annoying as heck

Many pokemon spinoffs are crap, many are good. It's a mixed bag.

I used to be obsessed with Pokemon Pinball: R/S. My high score's I think... 11 billion? Somehwere around there, I might be exaggerating, though.

Pokemon Puzzle League used to waste tons of time for me, as well as the time I owned Pokemon Puzzle Challenge. Panel De Pon style games ftw.

Pokemon Ranger, albeit repetitive, was still fun. Not as fun as the other great spinoffs, though.

But my favorite by far, is the previously mentioned Mystery Dungeon games. I'm not a dungeon crawler fan since this is the only dungeon crawler I've played, but I simply love the gameplay style. The story in 2 is actually... good, which is sort of creepy since it's a pokemon game. It actually has character development, a sense of humour, and in general great dialouge. The series is just plain epic; I plan on buying Explorers of the Sky (or whatever the english name will be) once it comes out. I really want to play over my Darkness, but there's no way I'm deleting my save data. [/nerd]

My fav Spinoff would be the Stadium series(i count Battle Revolution as well)

Idk I only ever played Mystery Dungeon (Was crap, told the store it was broken when it wasn't and we got our money back, they just threw the game out XD), pokemon channel (boring as fk), and Hey You! Pikachu! with no microphone and thats the point of the game r_r;

Because of all the aforementioned reasons. Great storyline (especially the second), sensible character development, and very good dungeon crawler gameplay. Ofcourse, the gameplay isn't for everyone; as it shows by your opinion.

Pokemon Channel is evil. Evillllllll. I never played it, only saw "gameplay" on youtube. It's entirely pointless and made for a 6 year old, so... yeah. Ofcourse it'd be boring. Same for Hey You Pikachu. You do have to admit the microphone idea was brilliant, though.

I remember "playing" that game (Poke Channel). *bleh* It was slightly addicting to abuse Pikachu, however. Turning off the TV, smacking him, throwing stuff at him... good times...

i like dungeon crawlers. i like the real mystery dungeon games. i hate the pokemon mystery dungeon games. i don't exactly get it but i think they're the worst things i've ever played (except for Zelda II, that just made me sick)

Really? I guess you haven't played E.T. (Atari) or Superman 64.
