Favorite Pokemon Movie Of All Time

As the title says, list your favorite Pokemon movie. Give some reasons if you like, or some comments on others favorite.

Mine would be Pokemon the First Movie: Mewtwo Vs Mew

Movies and anime, havn't watched in years. Last movie I watched was #3... which could of been a bit better.

The first one, obviously. Mewtwo ftw. Simply put, it's a classic. Number two was good; but Slowking fuxing talked. Screw that, pokemon don't talk (bar telepathy). -.- Aside from that nitpick, the second one was still epic, though.

I agree CK. The first one was God, and the second was obviously Jesus. I thought Mewtwo Returns was pretty good too, but I hated the Unknown thing. Same with the whole Celebi movie and the new ones. See, I hate them so much, I dont bother giving them names. Its like naming a Booger. lmao.

i plan on watching the new one just to see Arceus beat up the dragon trio

You know, that posses an important question... Will Arceus use telepathy? The dragon trio can't, but Arceus is simply god, so... I'd say yes. I bet every single movie has had a telepathy-using pokemon in it. ... Which is actually somewhat gay.

Strangely CK, I have never thought about it. Nearly every pkmn movie does have a telepathy user.

However, I dont think the Celebi one had a telepathy user, did it?

I prooobably liked either Pokemon 2000 or the one with Latios/as. Except for the end when the Latias had babies. Two things:

1) Aren't Latias and Latios considered siblings? Or is that just some weird rumor I stumbled upon?

2) They're legendaries.

Oh yeah, the lati movie... never watched it. Latios is epic, but... eh. Not sure if I should bother watching it. Havn't watched pokemon ANYTHING in years...

Legendary pokes do breed, you know. I faintly recall an Articuno guarding it's eggs in one episode... or atleast talk of an Articuno doing so.

I've only seen the first, like, 3? And bits of the Lucario one. I really just restrict myself to the main handheld titles. The soundtrack to the first movie was win though. Well, the first track. A remix of "Gotta Catch 'Em All"

I know what you're talking about, Fox. Just search for the first movie soundtrack and you're bound to find it. It was actually a good remix of the original, IMO. ... That, and the fact a Donphan was battling during it when it wasn't even in the official dex yet, was badass. Hint on pokemon GSC, lol.

Yea, that movie was the best in my opinion. Mewtwo was purely badass.

I just noticed this post, and will say this:

1st movie: Mewtwo
2nd: Lugia (Slowking didn't have telepathy, he actually talked)
3rd: Entei
4th: None, I believe.
5th: Same.. kinda.
6th: Jirachi
7th: None... well, Deoxys kinda does... in a way.
8th: Lucario
9th: I didn't really watch this one, but I'm pretty sure Manaphy doesn't have it.
10th: Darkrai
11th: Shaymin (annoying as hell)

... What? How the shit does a Shaymin use telepathy? It's not even remotely close to a psychic type... This holds no logic what-so-ever. It has less logic than anything pokemon has ever had before. -.-;

The Anime itself has no logic.

Speaking of which, I want to know what level Ash's Pikachu is, currently. I'm guessing.... 100?

No, Ash's Pikachu is level 255. It encountered Missingno. and has become glitchy itself; thus, is why it was able to roast an Onix; with an electric attack, when it's Sp. atk is actually very low.

Oh... I remember that now, in the intro. ... You know, maybe the anime's ground typing is sort of like Ground typing in Mystery Dungeon. Damage done by electric moves to it is multiplied by .25, not 0.
